AMU's coaching academy conducts mock CS exam
Aligarh: The Residential Coaching Academy of the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) conducted a General Entrance Test for the aspirants of Civil/ PCS (J) Services 2011 (Prelims).

The test was notified on March 4, 2010 in every department and halls of the residence University, especially for the students who are preparing on their own for the Civil/ PCS (J) Services 2011 (Prelims) examination.

The Director, Residential Coaching Academy, Prof. Ziauddin Khairoowala said that the total number of applicants were 240 and 216 students appeared in the test.

He said that the Coaching Academy has received an overwhelming response from the aspirants of Civil/ PCS (J) Services examinations within a short span of time.

Prof. Khairoowala said that the test was meant for the regular students of AMU only.

The next test expected to be organized in November 2010 shall be held on national level for the aspirants of Civil/ PCS (J) Services-2011 as a full time regular course for Minorities/ Scheduled Castes (SCs)/ Scheduled Tribes (STs) & women.
