New Delhi: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University's (GGSIPUs) Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology (IGIT) is going to organize its 5th Technical Festival 'Impulse-2010' starting from tomorrow. The central theme of this three days festival is 'Transcending Innovations' meaning, to think beyond the verge of infinity.

According to the principal of this institute Prof. Nupur Prakash, "The main highlight of this festival is 'Adopt a Plant' campaign. A Microsoft convention will also be held on the occasion."

In another development, the mechanical and automation department of the institute is also going to organize another festival 'Xebec' starting from tomorrow. The central theme of this three days festival is 'Sustainability in Engineering'.

The festival will start with a grand cycle rally in collaboration with 'Delhi Cycling Club'.
