Bhopal: The city-based Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), a technology university run by the Madhya Pradesh (MP) government, and IT bellwether Wipro have signed an agreement on training teachers of technical colleges, official sources said on Wednesday.

Under the agreement, about 1,000 teachers from the state's technical colleges will be imparted training for improving their quality of teaching.

"The MoU has been signed to bring about improvement in the quality of technical education, which is the MP government's top priority," said the state's Technical Education Minister Laxmikant Sharma.

Sharma also invited Wipro to invest in MP. IANS
