Dubai: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) would host the Alfred Nobel exhibition from March 30 to May 29, WAM news agency said on Saturday.

The exhibition to be held at Dubai Men's College here will be opened by Sheikh Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan, minister of higher education and scientific research and Princess Victoria, crown princess of Sweden.

During the two-month exhibition visitors will have the opportunity to experience first hand and learn from the work of Alfred Nobel as well as past and current Nobel laureates.

The event is being sponsored by Samsung Electronics of South Korea.

"UAE is a perfect place to host this fair following the fast advancement it is witnessing and the extreme care it is giving to innovation and excellence", said C.W. Suh, chief executive officer of Samsung Electronics Middle East and Africa. IANS
