Panchkula: The Haryana State Counseling Society (HSCS) has begun the procedure for admission to three diploma courses, namely, Diploma (Engineering), Diploma (Pharmacy) and Diploma (Management) under their Tuition Fee Waver Scheme.

The eligibility criteria for candidates who wish to apply for the course is for their parents to have an annual income that is less than Rs.2.50 lakhs from all sources.

The OMR Form and Prospectus will be available at Government and Government Aided Polytechnics in Haryana and HSCS office at Panchkula. The schedule for counseling under this scheme will be available on the official website.

The last date for submission of application forms is July 22, 2010.
