New Delhi: The new academic session commenced at Delhi Technological University (DTU), formerly Delhi College of Engineering, barely a month ago but the companies are already making a beeline to recruit DTU graduates.

The highest salary offered so far this year has been 10.49 LPA, which has been made to four students by a reputed MNC, whereas the average salary is around `6 LPA, which is also slightly better than the last year's average of `5.5 LPA.

This is primarily achieved through expert lectures by industry leaders and participation in activities of professional societies' chapters at DTU (such as IEEE, IET, SAE etc.).The inter-disciplinary focus of engineering and promotion of team work for design, innovation and new product development at DTU, further strengthens the competency and caliber of our students."
