BITS Pilani to conduct BITSAT 2009 on May 9

Rajasthan: The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani will conduct the BITS Admission Test (BITSAT) 2009 on May 9, 2009.

Admission to the First Semester (2009-10) at various campuses of BITS at Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad will be made, based on the performance of candidates in BITSAT-2009.

Students who are appearing for 12th examination in 2009 or who have passed 12th Examination in 2008, only, are eligible to appear for BITSAT-2009.

BITSAT-2009 Announcement

Interested candidates should register their names for BITSAT-2009 by applying in the prescribed application form online.

Application form can also be obtained by post from the Admissions Office, BITS, Pilani by sending a request on plain paper giving the candidate's name, and gender with complete postal address, accompanied by a crossed demand draft for Rs.1100 (Rs.600 for female candidates).

Important Dates:

Last date for applying for BITSAT-2009: January 31, 2009.

BITSAT Online tests: May 9 - June 12, 2009
