Jamia launches new courses in nanoscience, nanotechnology
New Delhi: Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) will be offering a Ph.D. programme in nanoscience and nanotechnology and an M.Tech. in nanotechnology from July, an official said on Wednesday.

Launched in 2011, the Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology would be offering the two programmes for the first time.

"The Centre, a one of its kind at an Indian university, seeks to create the necessary conditions for the flow of knowledge, expertise and research as also build required infrastructure to support research at the frontiers of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology," said an official. IANS
