New Delhi: Results of the various entrance examinations conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru University for its various undergraduate, postgraduate, M.Phil, Ph.D and certificate level will be announced by the end of July.
The entrance examination was conducted by the varsity in mid May at 78 centres across the nation and one in Kathmandu.
This year a total of 96,298 students were appeared for the entrance examination.
JNU offers 66 programmes at M.Phil and Ph.D level, 29 programmes at masters level, 18 programmes at undergraduate level and nine programmes at certificate level.
Several centres of the varsity have announced results of the entrance examination for postgraduate, M.Phil and P.Hd courses. Letters have been dispatched to all selected students for viva-voce.
This year,JNU has witnessed the highest rush for the biotechnology programme. The courses offered by the School of Arts and Aesthetics (SAA) are also very popular among students.
