IGNOU to offer course in PC hardware, networking
New Delhi: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) on Sunday launched a certificate course in PC Hardware and Networking in association with HCL Infosystems Ltd, an official said.

"It is a state-of-the-art industry ready course created jointly by IGNOU and HCL. This programme is to be offered in Instructor Led Teaching (ILT) mode," IGNOU chief public relations officer Ravi Mohan said.

The programme will be delivered in separate batches at Computer Division, IGNOU Main Campus as well as HCL Career Development Centre in Noida with the first batch commencing from September 15, he said.

According to the university, all those who have passed their 10+2 or equivalent from government recognized institution are eligible for admission.

"The fee for the six months course is Rs.12,000 with English being the medium of instruction. The last date for submitting the forms is Sep 4," Mohan added. IANS
