Guwahati: The campus of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) was recently raided by the CBI officials in connection with certain inconsistencies in the functioning of the institute, revealed the official sources.

While the CBI officials refused to divulge any detail about the raid, they carried out a search operation for some documents and interrogated officials in the IGNOU campus located at Christian Basti area of the city, sources said.
