Hyderabad: The Engineering Agriculture and Medicine Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) 2012 results - both ranks and marks will be announced on Saturday, June 30, 2012 by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad - the conducting body for the test.

The declaration of the result will bring a major relief to five lakh engineering and medical aspirants. The decision was taken by the government in a high-level meeting of the Education Department, chaired by Deputy Chief Minister Damodar Rajanarasimha at the State Secretariat.

Rajanarasimha further said that the government would announce EAMCET ranks and marks on the same day and this decision was taken to prevent the migration of students to engineering colleges of other States, he said. The dates for counselling too would also be announced on June 30.
